How to cancel or pause your HeyGen plan

To pause or cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Click on your name on the top-left part of the home screen.
2. Look for the "Subscriptions" option and click on it.
3. In the Membership section, on the far right, you should see small arrow next to "Upgrade" - click on it.
4. Then click on the "Cancel Plan" button.
