What happens if my flight is canceled? đŸšĢ đŸ›Ģ

If your flight was canceled and you have new flight information, please call us at +1 786-723-6220 or use the Chat available in your traveler portal. We will do our best to reschedule your service.

Notes:

  • If it is not possible to reschedule the service according to the new flight details, the driver will arrive at the meeting point at the previously assigned time, and the service will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If your new flight is scheduled for a different day than originally planned, the original service will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Our customer service agents will provide you with an alternative solution, subject to availability and an additional charge.

Please remember that any changes made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
