Your transportation service include 60 minutes of wait time after your flight has arrived.
At Shuttle Central, we understand that there are various factors that can make 60 minutes insufficient. To ensure your experience is as stress-free as possible, we recommend following these steps before your trip:
- Check the assigned "Pickup time limit" (1), which you can view at any time by accessing our traveler portal: https://ride.shuttlecentral.com/login .
- If you need additional time, you can modify it up to 24 hours before your service. Learn how to do this at https://atlas-kb.com/shuttle_central/articles/376685-
Pickup time limit: It represents the maximum amount of time your driver will wait for you at the meeting point.
Notes:
- If an unexpected situation arises that exceeds the Pickup time limit, contact us at +1 786-723-6220 or use the Chat available in your traveler portal. We will inform your driver, We will notify your driver, who will do their best to extend the waiting time at the meeting point.
- If your driver is unable to extend the waiting time, they will have to leave the meeting point, and the service will not be eligible for a refund.
- Our customer service agents will provide you with an alternative solution, subject to availability and an additional charge.
