For this reason, we are committed to doing everything possible to accommodate your transportation service, ensuring your travel experience is as smooth and convenient as possible, even in the face of unforeseen events.
If your arriving flight is delayed, please follow these guidelines:
- Contact Us: Call us at +1 786-723-6220 or use the Chat available in your traveler's portal. We are here to help!
- Inform Us of Your Arrival: If you have an estimated arrival time, please inform our customer service team.
- Flight Monitoring: We will notify your driver, who will continue to monitor your flight until the final arrival time is confirmed.
- Transportation Accommodation: Once the final arrival time is confirmed, your driver will attempt to accommodate your transfer. Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary instructions based on your driver's response.
Notes:
- Rescheduling Availability: Flight delays are subject to the availability of the assigned driver. If it is not possible to reschedule the service due to the delay, the driver will arrive at the meeting point at the previously assigned time, and the service will not be eligible for a refund.
- Driver Waiting Time: If the service is rescheduled, the driver will wait up to 1 hour from the new flight arrival time.
- Alternatives with Extra Charges: If it is not possible to reschedule your original service, our customer service agents will provide you with an alternative solution, subject to availability and an additional charge.

Availability Check: We will notify your driver, who will check their schedule for the day and see if it is possible to accommodate your new departure time.

- Rescheduling Availability: Flight delays or early departures are subject to the availability of the assigned driver. If it is not possible to reschedule the service to the new requested time, the driver will meet you at the originally scheduled time, and the service will not be eligible for a refund.
- Alternatives with Additional Charges: If it is not possible to reschedule your original service,our customer service agents will provide you with an alternative solution, subject to availability and an additional charge.
Please remember that any changes made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
