How can I change my flight information? ℹ️ ✍🏼

If you need to change your flight information, you can easily do so through our traveler portal. Follow these steps:
- Access your itinerary on our https://ride.shuttlecentral.com/login
- Find and click the "Confirm or Edit" button in the top right corner of the service you want to modify.
- Skip the "Drop off & Pick Up" section by clicking "Confirm".
- Once in the "Flight Information" section, click "Edit".
- Enter the new flight information and click "Search Flight". If the schedule matches, click "Save".
- Continue with the confirmation and finally, "Save and Submit" your information. The change will be reflected in your Summary.
Notes:
- The traveler portal has certain restrictions. If you cannot make the changes yourself, please contact us at +1 786-723-6220 or through the Chat available on your traveler portal https://ride.shuttlecentral.com/login at least 24 hours before your service. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
🚨Please remember that any changes made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
