- If you booked through an intermediary (Booking.com, Expedia, Orbitz, Mozio, Etc), any cancellation requests must be made directly with the intermediary. Terms and conditions must be included on your purchase voucher.
- If your reservation was made through Viva Aerobus, Shuttle Central website, or any other platform powered by Shuttle Central, please contact us at +1 786-723-6220 or through the Chat available on your traveler portal  https://ride.shuttlecentral.com/login at least 24 hours before your service. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Note:
- Any cancellation requested less than 24 hours in advance to the scheduled service is not eligible for a refund.
