How can I cancel my transportation service? đŸšĢ🚐

  1. If you booked through an intermediary (Booking.com, Expedia, Orbitz, Mozio, Etc), any cancellation requests must be made directly with the intermediary. Terms and conditions must be included on your purchase voucher.
  2. If your reservation was made through Viva Aerobus, Shuttle Central website, or any other platform powered by Shuttle Central, please contact us at +1 786-723-6220 or through the Chat available on your traveler portal  https://ride.shuttlecentral.com/login  at least 24 hours before your service. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Note:

  • Any cancellation requested less than 24 hours in advance to the scheduled service is not eligible for a refund.
