How can I change my pick up time? 🔄 🕗

If you need to change your pick-up time, you can easily do so through our traveler portal. Follow these steps:

  1. Access your itinerary on our portal:  https://ride.shuttlecentral.com/login 
  2. Find and click the "Confirm or Edit" button in the top right corner of the service you wish to modify.
  3. Review your information and click "Confirm".
  4. Before clicking "Save and Send," locate the "Pickup Schedule" section and click the edit button.
  5. Modify the pick-up time to your preference and click "Accept".
  6. Finally, "Save and Send" your information. The change will be reflected in your Summary.

Notes:

  • Assistance: The traveler portal has certain restrictions. If you cannot make the changes by yourself, please contact us at +1 786-723-6220 or through the Chat available on your traveler portal at least 24 hours before your service. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Please remember that any changes made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
