How to create a checkout survey

Learn how to create a checkout survey to capture more information from participants.

Please note: we collect the following information on all bookings - customer name, email, phone number and participant name, so you do not need to add these to the surveys. Step 1: Navigate to Settings and click on Surveys. Proceed to create a new survey.

Step 2: Give the survey a memorable name. Decide if it's for use at checkout or after an activity.

Step 3: Choose whether to ask the participant only on their first order or always.

Step 4: Add your question.

Step 5: Choose the type of response you would like: you can select either single select, multi select checkbox, or free text..

Step 6: If Select is chosen for example, add the different answer options.

Step 7: Click Next to add the first question to the survey.

Step 8: Add more questions if needed.

Step 9: Choose the type of response for each new question: single select, multi select checkbox, or free text.

Step 10: Review the survey and make sure it's satisfactory.

Step 11: Edit or remove any questions if necessary.

And then click Finish, your survey is now setup and ready to assign to any of your activities
