How to create and assign deals

This user guide explains the process of using the new deals feature. This feature enables the creation of deals for multiple items or participants, with the option to apply the deal to all activities or specific ones.

How to access deals

Step 1: Navigate to the settings located on the left-hand side.

Step 2: Scroll down to locate the deals option.

Creating a new deal

Step 1: Click on create new deal.

Step 2: Input the name of the deal.

Step 3: Select the type of deal, either multi participant deal or multi item deal.

Step 4: Define the criteria to qualify for the deal. For example, if it's for two or more participants, select that.

Step 5: Decide whether the deal is a fixed amount or a percentage. For this example, select fixed amount.

Step 6: Add the discount value.

Next, determine where to apply this deal:

Step 1: Apply the deal to all activities by clicking on all activities. Alternatively, click on select specific activities to assign the deal to particular activities.

Step 2: Click finish.

Editing your deals

Step 1: View the created deal.

Step 2: Edit or remove the deal as needed. To edit, change the name, type, or other settings.

Assigning your deals

Step 1: To assign or remove deals from specific activities, click into the activity itself via the Activities tab on the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Click edit activity.

Step 3: Locate the deals option.

Step 4: Here, either remove assigned deals or assign deals easily.
