How to list a session

This guide explains how to create and list a new activity from scratch.
Start by navigating to the Activities tab on the left-hand side and clicking Add New Activity.
Step 1: Click on Session and then Next.
Step 2: Enter the name of the activity.
Step 3: Select the desired activity category by typing in the dropdown.
For this example, we're using Golf.
Step 4: Upload an image that best represents your activity.
Step 5: Click Save, then Upload.
Next, choose an existing address or add a new one.
Adding a New Address
Step 1: Enter the street address, give it a venue name, and click Next.
Setting Up Activity Details
Step 1: Set the number of attendees. Choose a maximum number or select Unlimited if there's no capacity limit.
Step 2: Set a price for the activity. In this example, we're charging twenty pounds.
Step 3: Choose the target audience and set an age range, if applicable. Adjust the minimum and maximum age, or set it to All Ages Welcome.
Step 4: Indicate the types of accessibility requirements the activity caters for
Step 5: In this example, we have created a one-off session, this could be an event, class, or tournament. Click Next when done.
Step 6: Set the date and duration of the activity. In this example, it's set for Saturday the fourth at eleven AM, lasting two hours.
Step 7: Review the schedule and remove any errors if necessary.
Step 8: The platform automatically generates a description based on the provided information. Edit this description if needed, then click Next when satisfied.
Step 9: Enter contact details for the activity.
After completing these steps, the activity is listed. You can access the booking page link or view advanced settings if needed.
