To change the month or year, you would click on the calendar at the top left and select the desired month.

Adding Patients to Schedule

To add patients to the selected date, click on the “Add Patient” field. You should see a cursor appear prompting you to enter in a patient’s name and MRN as shown below. Note that the “Add” button will be disabled until you have both the name and MRN filled out.

Type in the patient’s name, ex: “Test Patient” and MRN, ex: “12345”:

You may repeat this process for all the patients for that selected date. The patients will be listed in order of how they're added, e.g. if “Bob Jones” was entered first, followed by “Zach Chang” followed by “Alex Smith” the patients will be in that order.

It is recommended you add the patients in chronological order, i.e. if “Bob Jones” is the first patient of the day and “Alex Smith” is the second patient, you would add “Bob Jones” first followed by “Alex Smith.”

Deleting Patients

If you would like to delete a patient, first find the patient you would like to delete in the list. Then click the “Delete” button in that patient’s row. For example, if you want to delete “Bob Jones,” you would click on the "Delete" button:

After clicking on the delete button, the following pop-up will appear:

You will know if you are deleting the correct patient because the modal will state, “Are you show you want to delete [Patient Name]?”

If this is the patient you want to delete, press “Delete.” Otherwise, you may press “Cancel” and the pop-up will close and the patient will not be deleted.
