Search and Filter Feature

This guide will walk you through utilizing the search and filter functionalities within Knowtex's web app. Whether on your dashboard or the All Notes page, our search and filter tools are readily accessible for your convenience.
Search
Quickly locate specific patients by name, allowing you to find the patient encounter effortlessly.
- Locate the search bar conveniently placed at the top of the screen
- Enter the patient's name you'd like to search for, and the patient list will update automatically.
Filter
Easily organize and manage your notes by their status using the filter feature.
- Look for the filter icon, located to the right of the search bar.
- Click on the filter icon and select the status filter option from the dropdown menu.
- Once you've selected the desired status, the notes section will update automatically to display the notes that match the filter you selected.
