Priority Processing Thresholds

Users on HeyGen’s Creator and Team plans can create as many videos as they need. However, to ensure everyone has fair access to HeyGen and to protect against misuse of our platform, all videos go through a processing queue and content moderation review.
For users on the Creator Plan, the first 30 videos created each month will receive priority processing and move to the top of the queue. For users on the Team Plan, the first 100 videos created each month will receive priority processing.
After the monthly threshold is passed, users can still create videos but may notice longer wait times for videos to complete generation. We may dynamically adjust the threshold based on available compute capacity to optimize the user experience.
Why does HeyGen have processing queues and content moderation reviews?
- To protect against abuse or misuse of our platform. At HeyGen, we employ both automated and human content moderation to ensure no one is using our platform to create content that is harmful. This is critical to fostering a safe community. Read more about our AI ethics policy here .
- To ensure everyone has fair access to HeyGen. Our mission is to make visual storytelling accessible to all. Using AI to create videos requires compute power, and if all videos were processed simultaneously, it would affect the infrastructure. Processing queues helps us ensure users have a smooth and consistent experience.
