 Scroll to the desired session on the calendar.

 Confirm the cancellation. This ensures everyone receives a refund of any costs. 

After cancellation, the session appears crossed out on the calendar, indicating it's been cancelled. 

Note: All participants signed up for the session will receive an email notification stating the session has been cancelled and that they will receive a refund.

If you need to refund participants for an activity that has already ended, you can do so by following these steps:

Navigate to the calendar section of your account.


Find and select the date of the activity you wish to refund.


Click into the activity details and look for the ‘Manage’ option.


Click on ‘Cancel’. This action will automatically process refunds for all participants and send them an email notification regarding the refund.

By following these steps, you can ensure that all participants receive their refunds promptly.
