How to cancel and refund items in an order

This tutorial provides a step-by-step guide on how to partially refund and cancel an order.

Step 1: Navigate to the orders tab.

Step 2: Locate the order that needs a partial refund.

Step 3: Click on manage order.

Step 4: Select cancel and refund.

Step 5: Choose refund part of this order. This action will refund the first part of the order.

Remember, it's not possible to refund a quantity amount, only different items. For example, if customers book different weeks or completely different activities, then it's possible to refund those.

Step 6: Click on refund items.
