How to process Refunds for completed activities

If you need to refund participants for an activity that has already ended, you can do so by following these steps:
- Access the Calendar Navigate to the calendar section of your account.
- Select the Activity Date Find and select the date of the activity you wish to refund.
- Manage the activity Click into the activity details and look for the ‘Manage’ option.
- Cancel the activity Click on ‘Cancel’. This action will automatically process refunds for all participants and send them an email notification regarding the refund.
By following these steps, you can ensure that all participants receive their refunds promptly.
