Forgot your password? Follow the steps below to reset your password from the Sign In screen.

If you would like to change your current password, log into your Member Dashboard, click on "Settings" and change your password there. Click "Save Changes" and you're all set.

How do I reset my password?

The lock codes to your home and room will be emailed to you the morning of your move-in day. Please keep an eye out for this important email!

If your codes are not working, please try these troubleshooting tips:

Double check the codes and move-in instructions in your Welcome Email. Often the Host will provide detailed steps for accessing the home.

Front Door: Try entering your code followed by a *, #, lock state button, or check mark and turn the doorknob down. If that doesn't work, start over and turn the doorknob up. If your front door has a remote lock and an additional handle you need to turn both at the same time.

Room Door: Enter the code and turn the knob to the right. If that doesn't work, enter the code and turn the knob to the left.

If you are still unable to access the home or your room, please send a text message your Host. You will find the Host's phone number in your welcome email.

 Please give the Host at least 15 minutes to respond. The Host should be able to walk you through the lock issues you are having.

If the Host does not respond in a timely manner, please contact Member Support at 

. Please note that PadSplit does not currently support weekend moves-ins. Any issues during a weekend move-in will be resolved the following business day.

Where do I find my lock codes?

PadSplit's Membership Rules can be viewed in two places:

You can view the Membership Rules by clicking the "Membership Rules" button on your Member Dashboard.

PadSplit homes also have individual house rules. You can view which rules apply to your house on your Dashboard.

Changing your email address is easy. Log into your Member Dashboard, click on "Settings" and change your email address there. Click "Save Changes" and you're good to go.

How do I change my email address?

If you would like to refer someone to PadSplit log into the Member Dashboard, then submit their name a preferred contact method (Email or SMS) in the "Referrals" section so we can reach out to them.

How do I refer someone to PadSplit?

When you log into your Member Dashboard the names and room numbers of your PadMates will be under the "Your PadMates" section.

How do I see who my other PadMates are?

You can find your wifi network name and password when you log into the Member Dashboard.

Where do I find my Wifi Network and Password?

Keeping your employment information up to date on the PadSplit platform is important. Adding additional jobs and income sources to your profile can qualify you to book rooms with a higher weekly rate. 

Updating your employment information is easy. First, log into your Member Dashboard, click on "Settings" and scroll to the "Income Information" section. Click the "Add Income" button and follow the prompts as demonstrated in the video below. Once you submit additional income documentation, it will be sent to a PadSplit employee for review.

How do I update my employment information?

To update your profile photo, log into your Member Dashboard and click on "Settings". Hover over your profile photo and click "Edit". You can use the camera to take a photo or upload a photo from your computer.

How do I upload a profile photo?

Parking at a PadSplit varies by property. If parking is available at your home, it will be visible in your room's listing before booking. Members may only bring a vehicle if it is registered for an open spot.  

To register your vehicle, log into your Member Dashboard. Navigate to your Settings page and click the Registration tab. Scroll down to the Vehicles section and click the Add Vehicle button.

Please note: You can only register one vehicle. If your current home doesn't have available parking, you will not be able to add your vehicle.
