Can Hosts create an account and onboard properties right away or do they need to speak with someone at PadSplit prior to listing their properties?

The quality of PadSplit homes is of the utmost importance.

Hosts may go ontoĀ Ā padsplit.comĀ Ā and submit a listing without speaking to a PadSplit team member. However, during the property listing, a property check must be completed in order to see if the property is ready to become a PadSplit home. The property check can be done using one of the following methods:

  • By scheduling a virtual tour with someone from PadSplitĀ 
  • By the Host via a simple questionnaire

In both cases, homes will not go live until our Onboarding Team has reviewed your listing and photo submissions. If 2 business days pass after you fully submit your listing (you reach the screen that says ā€œYou submitted your listing!ā€) and you havenā€™t heard from anyone, please emailĀ onboarding@padsplit.comĀ for assistance.
