When will I get paid?

Last updated July 4, 2025

If your payout hasn’t arrived yet, it usually means one of the required steps hasn't been completed.

🛠 Common Reasons for Delay

  • The job hasn’t been marked as finished in your dashboard
  • The customer hasn’t signed the satisfaction note yet
  • We’re waiting to confirm with the customer via call or email (especially for loans over £7k)
  • The payout is already processing, and funds are on the way (allow up to 3 business days)

✅ Payout Process Overview

  1. You mark the job as finished In your Kanda dashboard, click “Mark as finished”. This sends a satisfaction note to your customer.
  2. Customer signs the satisfaction note The customer must confirm the job is 100% complete — no outstanding work or snagging. This usually takes 2 minutes.
  3. Confirmation call or email Once signed, either Kanda or the lender must confirm with the customer before payout can begin.
  • Loans under £2,000: We make 1 call attempt, then start payout even if we don’t reach them.
  • Loans between £2,000 and £7,000: We make up to 3 call attempts (1 per day) and send an email. Payout proceeds after that.
  • Loans over £7,000: We must speak to the customer or receive a reply to our email before payout can start.
  1. Payout timeline Once processed, funds reach your account in 1–3 business days.

💡Tip:

Get the satisfaction note signed while you’re still on-site, and remind the customer they’ll get a call or email from us or the lender within 1 working day. If they respond quickly, you get paid faster.
