In this article, you'll learn how to create an account on the platform using an invitation from team Played.

 Watch for an email from 'Team Played" with the subject line "EssexActivate has invited you to join the team."

 Take note of the email address displayed. You'll need this for the sign-in process.

 You'll be prompted to sign in. Enter the email address you were invited with and the password you just created.

And that's it! You've successfully created your account and you are ready to list your activities -

How to create your account

In this article, you'll learn how to list your first activity on our platform. This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of creating an engaging and informative activity page.

 Rename the activity. In this example, we're calling it 

 You can change the image by clicking on it and uploading your own, or search for an image using the search bar.

 Add a description for your activity. Make sure it's clear and informative so that people know if this activity is for them.

 Include any relevant meeting instructions.

 Set up an address for your activity. Start typing the address and the system will pick it up.

 Check the venue name and adjust it if necessary. 

 Adjust the capacity for how many people can participate in your activity.

 Select the gender and age range your activity is targeted at, and whether you cater to any accessibility requirements.

 Add a schedule for your activity. Choose the start date, start time, and duration of each day. In this example, we're selecting a duration of nine hours.

 to set up an activity that occurs over multiple days. Select the days of the week your activity will take place on. In this example, we're selecting Monday through Friday.

 Set the end date for your activity. In this example, we're ending it after a couple of weeks.

 Enter your contact information so participants can reach you if needed.

 Include a link to a relevant page on your website or social media. This is a required field. Make sure the link leads to the right place where people can find out how they can sign up. 

Once you've completed these steps, you'll have successfully listed an activity. 

Please repeat this process if you are listing multiple activities.
