Signs That Something Is Wrong
If you’re experiencing sign-in issues, you might notice one of the following: ✅ A loading spinner that never progresses to login. ✅ A message saying: _"There were issues signing in. Please click to try signing in again."_ If you see either of these, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Force Sign Out and Try Again
The quickest way to reset your session is to force a sign-out and start fresh. 1. Click here to go to the sign-in page: 👉 https://partners.played.co/sign-in _(This will automatically log you out.)_ 2. Enter your credentials and try signing in again. Still stuck? Move on to the next step.
Step 2: Clear Your Stored Login Data
Sometimes, your browser holds onto outdated login data, which can cause problems. Clearing it might resolve the issue.
How to Clear Stored Data
1. Open Developer Tools in your browser:
- Windows/Linux: Press Ctrl + Shift + I
- Mac: Press Cmd + Option + I
2. Go to the "Application" Tab
- Look for the Storage section.
- Expand Local Storage.
- Find https://partners.played.co.
3. Clear the Stored Data
- Right-click on https://partners.played.co and select Clear.
4. Restart Your Browser
- Close all browser windows.
- Open a new window and go to

- Try signing in again.
Step 3: Check for Network Restrictions
If your device is on a restricted or private network (such as a workplace, school, or public Wi-Fi), firewalls or security filters may be blocking access.
