How to add a manual booking

This guide explains how to add a manual booking

Step 1: Navigate to the activity in your Calendar where you'd like to add a booking.

Step 2: Click on Manage.

Step 3: Select new order.

Step 4: Enter the necessary details, such as name and email address.

Step 5: Click next. Add the desired quantity of participants.

Step 6: Choose one of two options for participant confirmation.

Option 1: Send a booking link to the participant's email. They'll complete the booking through checkout, allowing you to collect all necessary information.

Option 2: If you're taking payment offline, enter the participant's name.

Step 7: Click next to confirm the booking.

Even if the activity is at full capacity, you can override that capacity with a manual booking.
