How to reschedule an activity

This guide provides a step-by-step process to reschedule an activity from the calendar

Step 1: Navigate to the calendar.

Step 2: Click on the activity that needs rescheduling.

Step 3: Click on 'Manage' located at the top right.

Step 4: Select 'Reschedule'.

Step 5: Choose a new date for the activity.

Step 6: Edit the start time and duration of the activity, if necessary.

Step 7: Ensure the checkbox for automatic email notifications to customers is ticked. This informs customers about the change in date and encourages them to get in touch if they need to cancel.

Step 8: Confirm the rescheduling. A notification will appear indicating the activity has been successfully rescheduled.

The updated time and date will reflect in the calendar and on the storefront.
