How to edit a customer
Open the customer for editing
1. Go to Customers in the sidebar. 2. Open the customer you need (search or browse the list). 3. On the customer profile, open the Manage menu (top of the profile). 4. Select Edit. You will see the same sections as when adding a customer: Customer details, Address, and Marketing.
What you can change
- First name and Last name - Email — For new customers only, the email field stays editable. For an existing customer, the email field is disabled in the app so the primary address on file cannot be changed from this screen. If a customer’s email must be corrected, use your internal process (support or data procedures) for your organisation. - Phone - Full address fields and country - Opted in to marketing
Save or cancel
- Save — updates the customer and returns you to the profile view. - Cancel — discards changes and returns to the profile without saving.
After editing
The profile shows updated contact and address information immediately after save. Participants, orders, and wallet tabs (if shown for your account) are unchanged by name and address edits, unless your workflows tie those together separately.
