Rate your property

You’ll be prompted to review your Host every two weeks when you make a payment. If autopay is enabled for your account, you will receive an email with a link to the form. Simply fill out the form and submit! Remember, this feedback goes directly to your Host to help them improve their property.
If you skip this form at payment, you can always access it once within every two week period via your app dashboard. Just click on “Take the survey” under “Rate your house and housemates”.
Please rate your Property on things that a Host can control. For example, the following categories are not appropriate for a property rating:
- Member to Member issues are generally not in a Host’s control. A better place for this feedback is Member ratings , where your feedback will directly impact the individual Member(s).
- Feedback on the home’s location
- Cleanliness of common spaces. Members are expected to keep the property clean at all times, both inside and out. If certain Members are not cleaning, please rate those Members.
Members should be honest and reasonable when issuing ratings. PadSplit reserves the right to terminate Members who are found to be abusing the ratings function.
