How do I request a letter of recommendation from PadSplit?

If you are moving out and need a letter of recommendation for your new landlord, after submitting your move-out request, you can download a letter in your  dashboard settings . How do I know if I qualify for a letter of recommendation? In order to qualify for a letter of recommendation from PadSplit, you must satisfy all of the following: 1. You cannot be banned from PadSplit 2. You cannot be evicted from a PadSplit 3. You cannot have a negative balance left in your PadSplit account at the time of move-out 4. You must have at least 2 keys remaining at the time of move-out 5. You cannot have moved out of a PadSplit home more than 90 days ago
