- Plastic Surgery:
- Embedded patient demographics (past medical, past surgical, medications, allergies) in the note for 4D EMR users.
- Primary Care:
- Implemented the use of follow-up data for enhanced continuity in patient care.
- Combined Assessment and Plan sections for more concise and efficient note-taking.
- Oncology:
- Updated logic for writing Physical Exams back into EHR
- Emergency Medicine:
- Improved information capture and styling in History of Present Illness

- Changed MessageRetentionPeriod to one day for failed transcript chunks
- Added another endpoint for transcription model to handle larger volumes of jobs
- Added handling for AudioEncoder issues
