Setting your password

So you've forgotten your password... No worries!

1. Navigate to the Flagship homepage

Head to  https://app.flagship.ai/ .

2. Select Forgot password link

Select the Forgot password link to start the password reset process.

3. Input your registered email address

Input your registered email into the Email field.

4. Select reset password

If you have an account with Flagship, you will receive an email to your registered email address with instructions on how to set a new password. After updating your password, you can log in using your new password.

If you don't receive an email, check that you've entered the correct email and ensure there aren't any typos.

If you’re unsure what your registered email is, use the '?' icon in the top right hand corner of the page to request support.

Note: Your auto-saved password in your browser might still be the old one, so be sure to update this as well!
