Overview
: St. Vincent De Paul occasionally refers self-pay clients to us for membership; however, they offer financial assistance to current members on a consistent basis. Often paying for a month (or several months) of dues.
When paying for a member they usually require a copy of their membership agreement, current ledger and current balance.
Discount

When paying for a member, late fees for the last week and any week upcoming while waiting for assistance are removed.
Payment

Payments always come by check.
Follow up Actions
:
When a check is applied to the member’s account we should follow up with an email to the case manager to let them know it is done. Once applied both FOAM & Collections teams need to know via separate spreadsheets. Please ensure that when checks received the Partnerships team knows so that this data can be logged appropriately.
