Overview
: Housing Families first refers their clients to us for placement in PadSplt. 80-90% of their referrals are unemployed and they pay the first 8-12 weeks of dues based on client needs. If unemployed the member will be pushed through the EV process and placed with us.

Housing Families First receives $50 off the administration fee upon move-in.
Payment
:
They will be paying either by check or ACH. Move-in, should be a week after booking to ensure payment has made it to us before move-in occurs.

Please send all referrals from Housing Families First to partnerships as they may need additional support.
