PCCI works with both employed and unemployed referrals. They pay up to 12 weeks for

of their referrals. They offer case management and support for their clients.

PCCI receives $50 off the administrative fee upon move in.

Currently PCCI only pays by check.

Follow up Actions

:

PCCI referrals can be done through Member Acquisitions IF the referral is self-pay. If booked through Member Acquisitions please place referral on tracking sheet:  Referral Tracking 

Otherwise, referrals should be sent to Partnerships as the EV process may need to be circumnavigated.
