Overview

: Homeward VA is an organization that has not traditionally worked with direct referrals but because of COVID has begun working with and placing those in hotels/shelters into homes. They have 25-50 people they need to place in the next few months.

Discount

One the contract is signed, Homeward will receive $50 off the administration fee upon move-in.

Payment

:

They will be paying either by check or ACH. Move-in, should be a week after booking to ensure payment has made it to us before move-in occurs.
