Data Deletion Instructions
At SuperCopy, we take your privacy and data rights seriously. If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data and content associated with your SuperCopy account, you may do so at any time by following the instructions below.
How to Request Deletion
To initiate a data deletion request, please email us at team@supercopy.ai with the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request”
In your message, please include the following:
- The email address associated with your SuperCopy account
- A brief statement confirming that you would like your data to be permanently deleted
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request:
- We will verify your identity and confirm ownership of the account.
- All personal information, account details, and any user-generated content (including personas, brand data, and campaigns) will be permanently deleted from our systems.
- This process will be completed within 7 business days of confirmation.
- You will receive a follow-up email once the deletion has been finalized.
Third-Party Access (Facebook, Google, etc.)
If you used SuperCopy by logging in via a third-party platform (such as Facebook or Google), we also recommend revoking access through your account settings on those platforms:
- For Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools
- For Google: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Revoking access helps ensure that no further data is shared with SuperCopy after deletion.
