The first step for closing your Respaid account is to contact our dedicated support team.

You can do this by sending an email to the following address:  support@respaid.com .

Ensure to mention in the subject of your message that you want to close your Respaid account: "Closure of my Respaid account".

⚡Important notes:

  • The stop date will be officially recorded as soon as the email is received. Account closure will be finalized within 30 working days of this date.
  • At that time, all payments made by your customers for collections or via the billing tool will be refused, resulting in an error message for your customers.
  • The payment link will be disabled and inaccessible, current invoices will be cancelled and any subsequent requests will not be possible.
  • Your account will remain active for 30 days to allow you to save your data before its final closure.

It is crucial to note that once your Respaid account is closed, you will no longer be able to receive payments made by your debtors or customers. This is because your account will be deleted from the system, and any future transactions will not be processed.
