What exactly is a payment link? What means of payment are available to the debtor/customer?

The payment link is the one of the channels available to debtors for settling debts.

It is a secure payment link that does not expire, allows payment by credit card and contains all invoice information.

In the payment link, we can see:

  • The description
  • The amount due
  • The invoice number

As soon as a payment is made via Respaid (via the payment link), the process is automatically closed and a payment receipt is issued.

The debtor/customer can pay by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Anti-fraud insurance is provided by Respaid tools.

The IBAN option is deactivated for payment-recovery or collection transactions, to avoid any disputes.
