We may review and adjust our pricing based on a) the feedback from our early access authors; and b) our analysis of usage patterns across the app's features. We promise to communicate any changes in pricing and work with you to find the plan that best empowers your publishing journey.

If at any point you'd like to upgrade or downgrade your plan, please follow these steps: 

In the sidebar navigation menu, click on 'Account'. 

Choose your preferred plan (Single Book, Multiple Book, or Master Lore). 

: If your current plan is in a free trial or has expired, you can purchase a subscription by visiting realmchef.com/#Pricing.  

Alternatively, you can use the Help Chat button and select the 'Account' option to speak to a customer support representative. We'll ensure that your upgrade/downgrade is handled smoothly. 

Upgrading/Downgrading Plans

Thank you for investing your time in trying out Realm Chef. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: 

Cancel your subscription using your Stripe Customer Portal.  

Alternatively, you can use the Help Chat button and select the 'Account' option to speak to a customer support representative. We'll ensure your cancellation is processed smoothly, and you'll receive confirmation once it's completed.

Your content and generations remain yours. If you cancel, you'll still have access to view and download your story bibles for a period of time. We recommend downloading your work to ensure you have everything you need.

We'll also reach out for some feedback on how we can improve, as we are committed to continuously enhancing our service for current and future customers.
