This guide explains how to add a new activity using a template.

 Choose to create an activity using a template. 

 Fill in the necessary information for the activity. This includes the name, image, description, location, capacity, price, gender, age, and accessibility provisions. 

 Specify the time and duration of the session. For instance, it could be on the 20th of April, starting at 10 AM, for a duration of an hour. 

 Set the activity to repeat on your preferred basis 

 Specify the end date for the repeating sessions. For instance, if the start date is the 20th of April, the end date could be the 25th of May. 

 Update any necessary contact information, add a custom email confirmation message, a post-activity completion message, and assign a survey to capture all the required information. 

Now click save and your activity is now available for people to book

How to list your programmes

This guide explains how to gain access to the Played platform for the Rocks and Rookies programmes.

 and sign in using the email address and password you have setup in the past, if you need any help gaining access, please contact the team at girlsgolfrocks@englandgolf.org

 Open your inbox and locate the invitation email from Played. 

 Follow the prompts in the new window to create a new password. Remember the email address used for the invitation. 

Note: If access is needed with a different email address, contact us the Rocks and Rookies team by emailing 

 Log back into the platform using the newly created password and the email address you were invite with. 

Once completed, you will have access to the platform.

Getting setup on the Played platform

This guide provides a walkthrough on how to view and download participant registers on the Played platform.

 Log into the platform. Once in, access the calendar.

 Click on any upcoming activity. This action reveals a list of all registered participants.

 Click on any participant's name to view more information about them.

 Download the register. It's also possible to email participants, reschedule activities, or add a manual booking.

 Click on "New Order" to add any bookings you have received in person or over the phone.

Accessing your registers

This guide will help you set up your Stripe account so you can start accepting payments quickly and easily as a coach

Step 1: Click on the red widget which says 'Connect bank', which will take you to the 'payment settings' and then click 'Connect Stripe' 

If the red widget is not visible. 

1. Go to the 'Locations' tab 
2. Then click on the 3 dots to 'edit location' > 
3. Scroll down to the 'Payment Settings' 
4. Click 'Connect Stripe' 



 Enter your email address. If you already have a Stripe account, use the email linked to it. If not, just enter your email and confirm your details.

This guide is for people who do not have an existing Stripe account. 

 Choose your business location and type. Options include individual / sole trader (good for self employed coaches), company (good for limited businesses), or non-profit (good for community clubs)

. Fill in your name, date of birth, home address, and phone number.

 Select your industry. There isn't really a perfect fit for activity providers so we recommend choosing either event ticketing or recreational camps. 

 Add your website. If you don't have one, use your social media page (if you don't have either then please use - 

 Write a short description of what you do. For example, "I’m a kids sports coach"

 Enter your bank details and choose a payout schedule. We suggest setting it to automatic, either daily or weekly.

. Enter your organisation name or the name that will appear on your customers' statements. 

 If you want, add a shorter version of your organisation name. For contact info, use your mobile number or leave it blank.

 Review all the details you’ve entered and make any changes if needed.

That’s it! You’ve set up your Stripe account and are ready to accept payments. You will be re-directed to the Played platform. 

A guide for coaches to help you connect your bank account via Stripe

Setting up Stripe - Coaches

In this guide, you'll learn how to connect your bank account to Stripe for payment processing. This is especially helpful for community or volunteer clubs.

 widget on the left side after listing your first activity. Click it. (if you cannot see this widget, go to 'locations' and then 'edit location' and scroll down to 'payment settings' 

 A new page will open. Enter your email address.

 If you already have a Stripe account, use the email linked to it. If not, use your login email or any preferred email.

. Enter your mobile number to get a verification text.

 Enter the verification code from the text and click 

 If your club is a registered business, select 

 Pick your club's status: If it's a registered charity, select 

 Enter your club's legal name. If you don't have a registration number, please use 7 zero's (0000000)

 as the best option. Then, select your business website or social media. If you do not have any of these, please use 

 Write a short description of your club's activities.

 For the business representative, select the secretary, treasurer, or the person managing payments.

 Enter the name, date of birth, home address, and phone number.

 If your club doesn't have owners or directors, select 

 Enter the correct bank details for payment processing.

 We recommend setting up an automated payment schedule: daily, weekly, or monthly.

 Add the information you'd like to show on customer's bank statements when they make a booking. If you have a customer support number, include it.

 If asked for extra details, such as company registration number, then please enter 7 zeros (0000000).

Step 20: Once you have verified this information, please click 'Save' and you will be redirected to the Played platform. 

Once you've completed these steps, refresh your screen to remove the 

 notification. If you have questions, contact support through the support chat.
