How to view pre registrations

In this article, you'll learn how to check if someone has shown interest in your activities and how to contact them.

Step 1: Navigate to reports and then click on preregistration reports to view the list of people who have preregistered for your activity before you've set the dates.

Step 2: Export the filtered results to get their contact details, such as email address and phone number. This allows you to reach out to them if necessary.

Step 3: Once you add new dates to the activity they're interested in, the system will automatically notify the participant. They'll then have the option to book your activity.
