If you have an emergency or you require immediate assistance always call 911 first, if necessary. If you have an urgent issue outside of business hours, please call and follow the prompts 

to speak with our call center for escalation.

How do I contact PadSplit Customer Support?

Members pay electronically on the PadSplit site using credit, debit, or bank transfer. At no point should PadSplit members be asked to pay outside of the platform, and any such request will result in removal of the property from the platform and forfeiture of all funds paid through the platform. Funds are paid to property owners electronically to US-based bank accounts. A routing number and account number will be required.
