Can I use bedrooms in the home I occupy or a garage apartment/ADU for PadSplit?

Yes! We will just need a background check from you to ensure the safety of our Members. Check out theĀ Ā FAQĀ Ā for Hosts of owner-occupied homes for more information. Please keep in mind that any approved Member who meets the income criteria can book your room. As of right now, there is no interview prior to booking and move-in.
