What if I want to terminate my relationship with a PadSplit Member?

If the living relationship between you and the Member is not working out, we ask that you make all efforts to rectify the situation before initiating the termination.

To initiate a termination, please email support@padsplit.com and allow for 24-48 hours to receive a response. PadSplit will notify the Member of your decision and give the Member two weeks notice from that date to find other lodgings. You will be charged a $150 termination fee.

Giving the Member two weeks notice is an important part of the termination process. Non-compliance will be subject to a fee equal to 2x the weekly rate.

Multiple terminations may make your home subject to de-listing.
