Payout Timing After a Job Is Finished

Getting paid quickly is important — and Kanda is designed to make that as smooth as possible. Once you finish a job, there are just a few quick steps needed to trigger your payout. Here’s how it works:

1. Mark the job as finished. Open the job in your Kanda dashboard and click “Mark as finished.” This automatically sends a satisfaction note to your customer.

2. Customer signs the note (2 mins). They must only sign when the work is 100 % complete and no snagging is still required.

3. Confirmation call/email. After the customer signs, either the lender or Kanda will confirm completion and discuss repayment details. If it's Kanda completing this process, we follow these guidelines:

- Loans < £2 k: Kanda makes 1 call attempt; payout starts even if we don’t reach the customer. - £2 k – £7 k: Kanda makes up to 3 daily call attempts + a follow‑up email, then processes payout. - > £7 k: We must speak to the customer or receive their email reply before payout begins.

4. Payout speed. Once processing starts, funds reach your account within 1–3 business days.

TIP: Guide the customer through signing the satisfaction note while you’re still on‑site, and let them know they’ll get a confirmation call or email within one business day. If they answer promptly, your payout arrives sooner.
