Reporting a maintenance issue

To submit a maintenance request, go to your Resident Portal and click on "Maintenance" on the left hand side. Then click on "New Request" at the top of the screen. Select the location in your home and describe the problem you're having. Once you have created a maintenance request ticket, our property management team will handle it and contact you with any further actions needed.
