How Ciro’s Credit System Works

Ciro uses a simple credit system to help you search for and enrich leads. Here’s a quick breakdown of how it all works—so you always know how far your credits can take you.
💡What are credits in Ciro?
Contacts
- Every time Ciro scans and analyzes a contact (e.g., when you search using Autopilot or use the Chrome extension), it uses 1 contact credit.
- Contact credits reset every month, so you start fresh—no need to worry if you used a bunch last week.
Enrichment Credits
- These are used when Ciro finds contact details like email addresses or phone numbers.
- 2 enrichment credits for each email found.
- 10 enrichment credits for each phone number.
- Free plan users get a lifetime pool, while paid plans get monthly refills.
🆓 What do Free users get?
- 1,000 contacts per month
- Up to 100 results per search
- 300 enrichment credits (lifetime, doesn’t reset)
You can search and explore without worrying about running out quickly. Once you hit your limits, you’ll be prompted to upgrade to continue.
💼 What do Professional users get?
- 10,000 contacts per month
- Up to 5,000 results per search
- 1,000 enrichment credits per month
Perfect for serious prospecting. You get more flexibility, deeper searches, and fresh credits every month.
🔄 What happens when you run out?
When you hit your monthly contact limit:
- Ciro will pause your searches.
- You’ll see a clear message with upgrade options.
- Paid users can also purchase one-time enrichment credit top-ups if they run out.
You’ll never be left guessing—Ciro always shows your balances in-app and in the Chrome extension.
📊 Where can I see my balances?
You can check both balances:
- In your dashboard navigation bar
- On your Profile page
- In the search builder, results page, and Chrome extension

🔴 Are there search limits?
Yes—depending on your plan:
- Free users can analyze up to 100 contacts per search
- Paid users can analyze up to 5,000 contacts per search
This helps you stay focused and prevents massive, accidental scan
