Is Bamboo registered with the SEC?

Last updated March 28, 2025

Bamboo is licensed by the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a digital sub-broker and is also registered as a sub-broker under the Nigerian Exchange Group Limited (NGX) through Lambeth Capital Limited. Lambeth is a duly registered broker-dealer with SEC and a leading Trading License Holder with NGX. Both Bamboo and Lambeth are recognized as Capital Market Operators, and their registrations can be independently verified  here.

Our US-traded securities are provided to Bamboo users by our brokerage partner - DriveWealth LLC, a regulated member of FINRA/SIPC. More information can be found at   http://sipc.org . Please see the official press release from DriveWealth about our partnership  here . You can verify DriveWealth as a broker  here  and you can verify DriveWealth’s SIPC membership  here .

In Ghana, we are partnered with a local stockbroking firm called 10th Capital Investments Limited, a duly registered licensee of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Ghana.

You can verify that 10th Capital is duly registered with the Ghanaian SEC under the name '10th Capital Investments Limited' on the SEC's website  here  (in the 'Fund Manager' section).
