I forgot my password

You can set up a new password by clicking on 'Forgot your password' just above the login button on the Bamboo app.
You will get a code via email, SMS, and Whatsapp to reset your password.
Please note that your password should contain at least 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, 1 number, and 1 special character, and consist of a minimum of 8 characters.
Once you reset the password, please close the app completely, relaunch it and then log in with the new password.
