How to sign up on Coins?

We're so excited that you want to begin your journey on Coins!

Here is how to sign up for a Coins account:

Please visit your  Android  or  iOS  app store, search for ‘Coins by Bamboo’, and download the app.

Once downloaded, open the app and click ‘Get Started’ to sign up.

Fill out all the required information and you're all done. (full name, gender, phone number, and email address).

Enter the verification code that has been sent as an SMS to your phone number

Once signed in to the app, please complete your KYC status as part of your registration account verification.

Tap on your name in the top left corner of the app.

Tap on KYC Status and follow the prompts.

Kindly note that it can take up to 24 business hours for the appropriate team to review your submitted information.
