Here are some error messages you may encounter and what they mean:

The funds from your recent US stock sale haven't settled yet. Please try again in 1 business day.

This stock is currently unavailable for trading because it has been delisted from the U.S. stock market.

We are unable to verify these bank account details. Please ensure that you have provided account details for a commercial bank. Please reach out to the Customer Support team for further assistance if needed.

Please reduce the withdrawal amount by 45 Naira to cover the withdrawal fee.

We have encountered an error and we are working to fix this. Please try again later.

Incorrect phone number or password. Please check your login details and try again.

This means the stock has halted trading on the stock market. This could be due to several  reasons  including volatility, suspension of trading for the stock by the SEC etc. Please see currently halted stocks  here  or click  here  to search with the ticker symbol of the stock to see the details of the halt. You can also try making your buy/sell order again at a later time.
