Account Statements and Trade Confirmations

Physical stock certificates are unavailable as the companies do not issue these.

However, you can download and print a trade confirmation document from our app after each successfully settled trade.

Here's how to get the trade confirmation:

On the app, click on your name

Click 'Trade Confirmations'

Click on the particular trade you need evidence for and this will display your trade transaction document

You can proceed to save or print this page

Additionally, you can download your brokerage account statements which are official brokerage documentation. This is usually available in the first week of a new month.

Here is how to do this:

On the app, click on your name

Click 'Account Statements'

Click on the month you want

You can proceed to save or print this page

If you hold a stock for long enough, you will get shareholder emails about dividends, voting, etc.

You can also download your deposits/Fixed returns account statements on the app.

Here is how to do this:

Scroll down to 'Bamboo Wallets' and choose any of the Wallets options.

Click on 'Request account statement'.

Select the tenor and click on 'Request account statement' (You can only select within a 6-month range per time).

Your statement will be automatically sent to your registered Bamboo email address.
