MyFieldAudits Support

Here you can find the latest updates and releases to the MyFieldAudits platform!

This release includes several performance improvements, new features, and bug fixes across key areas of the platform, particularly focused on enhancing user productivity, data reliability, and reporting flexibility.


We’ve improved the overall performance of our backend, resulting in faster load times and smoother navigation.


Significant improvements have been made to the Compliance Report, ensuring quicker data processing and enhanced responsiveness.


Calculations within the Compliance Report are now more accurate and efficient.

New: Notify User Functionality in MySchedule

🔍 Product Release Updates

Open the MyFieldAudits app on your mobile device. Enter your email address and password, then tap 

 to access your account. If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), tap 

After logging in, you’ll land on the home screen. Tap 

 to view your list of scheduled audits. This will open your personalized audit schedule, where you can select and begin the appropriate audit.

, you'll see your schedule of assigned audits. Locate the audit you need to complete and tap on it to view its details.

Once you've reviewed the audit information, tap 

 to begin. This will open the first section of the audit for completion.

Work through each section of the audit by tapping the appropriate response for each item. Use the comment icon to add notes or upload supporting photos where needed.

You can track your progress using the audit overview, which shows how many items have been completed per section. All items must be completed before submission.

Once all required items are completed, tap 

 at the bottom of the screen. You'll be asked to confirm your submission before finalizing the audit.

If you're not ready to submit, you can save your work as a draft and return to it later.

📝 Completing a Scheduled Audit in the Mobile App

Need to edit an Audit you've already submitted? No problem!

Audit Editing can only be done from the Web but you can edit any audit whether submitted from Web or Mobile

In order to edit, you need Edit permission for the audit

All content can be edited and audits can be moved to different locations if the audit template is currently available at that location. 

Head to Completed Audit records on the web, find your audit and click the Pencil Icon:

From the Edit Screen, simply make the required change and click save.  Be sure to use the Location Selector on the Audit record if you'd like to change locations: 

Edit an Audit

The process of setting up users on our platform is as simple as it is symbiotic. It is important to understand the process so you can ensure everyone has the access they need.

In order to fully configure users, you need 

 add/remove/edit users in the areas they are assigned to

 add/remove/edit user groups that define audit access

 add/remove/edit the area of your company hierarchy 

 allows users to create/edit surveys from the MyCustomerVoice module

Groups are what define which audits a user has access to. A group must be created before adding users, and anytime a new audit is created, the Group must be updated to define who has read/write access to it.

Name it something that reflects your teams who would be completing these audits:

Next to that is a list of all your current audits, select the appropriate 

 this group would need to each audit you want to assign to:

Now that the Group has been created, it's time to 

Groups & Admin Privileges

In order to add users on MyFieldAudits, you'll need 

admin permissions. If you need access to this permission, please contact your accounts client manager or 

A welcome email with login information will be automatically sent to the user  

the Permission field should be left blank for all users. This grants the user access to make administrative changes as well

if you're account is not using this feature the field can be left blank

users with this enabled will be removed from the "Action Item Assignment list

You can review current user access using the search field or filters at the top. To edit a user, simply click the pencil icon, make any changes and click 

 User lists can also be downloaded to a CSV for reference. 

Resetting a users password will also automatically resend login information

You will only see users for the groups and areas that you have access to

I'm getting an error "Email already exists


That email address is being used somewhere else in a system. If the user was previously deleted and needs to be reinstated, please send an email to

Adding & Managing Users

This guide walks you through how to export audit data from the Admin Panel in MyFieldAudits. You can export both detailed and high-level data depending on your reporting needs. 

Step 3: Choose the Type of Data to Export

You can select one or more of the following:

 – High-level data showing which audits were completed, including the date, time, and location.

 – Detailed data showing how each individual question (KPI) was answered during each audit.

 – Includes all data related to MyCustomerVoice surveys.
 

Enter the date range for the audits or survey data you want to export. For example, to pull all activity from June, use:

 dropdown and choose the locations you want to include in the export. You can select one or multiple areas, or search by name.

 button to generate your data files. A .zip file will be downloaded containing CSV files based on your selections.
